**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the delivery of complex projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the management of client accounts maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Develop and implement best practices for delivery management continuously improving processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the delivery management function.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and performance.
- Manage project risks and issues developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve project outcomes.
- Support business development efforts identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in delivery management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrate strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Have a strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Display strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Be adaptable and flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Certifications Required**

PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
