**Location: Noida Sector -62**
We are seeking a proactive and motivated **Relationship Executive** to strengthen our institutional partnerships, support outreach initiatives, and enhance engagement. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy relationship management, student engagement, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote organizational initiatives, programs, and activities within institutions.
- Organize and support pre-event activities, workshops, and marketing campaigns.
- Engage with students to boost participation and enhance outreach.
- Manage and update the CRM database with accuracy and efficiency.
- Make calls and follow up with stakeholders, partners, and students to ensure engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns and events.
- Assist in relationship management with institutional representatives and key stakeholders.
- Contribute innovative ideas during team meetings for growth and engagement strategies.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records of activities.
- Support in event logistics, on-ground coordination, and post-event analysis.
- Monitor feedback and work on continuous improvement of outreach programs.
- Build and nurture long-term professional relationships to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management, student engagement, sales, or event coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
