Job Description for Executive “Material”

PURPOSE Looking for Executive material will oversee the planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of material according company needs and customer reequipments

EDUCATION: Any Bachelor degree related field

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1. Proficient with inventory reporting system.

2. Appropriate organizational, leadership and planning skill.

3. Good in verbal and written communication skills.

4. Knowledge of recordkeeping practices.

5. Knowledge for safety practices.

7. Knowledge of Supply chain and inventory management system.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Purchase (Material) and Sales booking in tally.

2. Maintain relationship and negotiate with suppliers.

3. Quality and Quantity check of Inward and Outward materials.

4. Material dispatch as per order or list.

5. Arrangement of Transport, courier, and App base services for Inward and Outward material.

6. Stock checking and Reporting.

7. Establishing systems of Stock and Implementation new tools and techniques for Inventory management.

8. Establishing system and SOP for Purchase.

9. Establishing system SOP for Assemblies of parts.

10. Supervise, evaluate subordinates.

11. Report +Review: Taking and Giving.

12. Directs production planning and scheduling based on sales forecasts.

13. Implementation of 5S in workplace/warehouse.

14. Perform other related duties as assigned.

DESIGNATION Executive “Material”

REPORTS TO: Operation Manager

LOCATION OF WORK: S, N,-53/1 Nere Dattawadi (Near IIMS College) Tal:Mulashi,Dist Pune

SALARY RANGE 15,000/- to 25,000/- (It will depend upon skill set)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
