Telecaller Job Duties:
*Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about services and promotions.
*Effectively communicate the clinic’s services, such as skin, hair, anti-aging, and weight loss treatments.
*Schedule appointments for consultations and follow-up treatments with doctors.
*Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
*Respond to client queries regarding offers, treatments, and packages, providing appropriate information.
*Meet daily and monthly call targets, contributing to lead generation and conversions.
*Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
*Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve communication strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
