**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking **Commi 2/3 Chefs** specializing in **Indian and Multi-Cuisine** to join our kitchen team. The role involves supporting the senior chefs in preparing quality dishes while maintaining kitchen hygiene and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of Indian and Multi-Cuisine dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Perform basic kitchen tasks such as chopping, prepping, and cooking.
- Follow recipes and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Help in stocking and organizing ingredients for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a Commi 2/3 role in a professional kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of Indian and Multi-Cuisine cooking techniques.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and time-management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
