A Stock Incharge (also referred to as a Stock Controller or Inventory Controller) oversees and manages stock items, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained, stock is stored correctly, and items are dispatched accurately and on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchasing orders as required; track orders and documentation.
Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
Ensure that stock movement is tracked and recorded to avoid any discrepancies.
Organize and manage inventory count and participate in audits to ensure accuracy.

**Storage & Maintenance**:Ensure stock is stored in the right location, using stock control systems or software.
Ensure that goods are stored in the appropriate conditions.
Implement measures to minimize stock damage, loss, or theft.

**Dispatch & Delivery**:Coordinate the timely and accurate dispatch of goods to the customers or departments.
Ensure that goods are packed properly to avoid damage during transit.

**Reporting**:Prepare regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Forecast stock levels, based on trends and demands.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
