**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and process-driven **Recruiter - Non-IT Hiring** to manage end-to-end internal recruitment across verticals such as Civil Engineering, Site Coordination, Project Management, and Accounting. This role requires a sharp eye for quality talent, a keen sense of urgency, and strong coordination with internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **end-to-end recruitment cycle** for non-IT roles including Civil Engineers, Project Coordinators, Accountants, Admin staff, Purchase, and Site Operations.
- Partner with **department heads** to understand manpower requirements and develop position briefs.
- Own and **reduce turnaround time (TAT)** for each position through structured follow-ups and aggressive sourcing.
- Leverage **free and paid sourcing platforms**, internal referrals, and social media for maximum outreach.
- Collaborate with HR team on **offer rollouts, joining formalities**, and smooth onboarding.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **non-IT recruitment** (especially in hiring for technical and support roles in infra, manufacturing, or projects-based sectors).
- Sound knowledge of **sourcing techniques** and portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
- Ability to manage **multiple open positions simultaneously** under tight timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - ability to convince, negotiate, and follow up.
- Strong Excel and ATS tool usage for reporting and tracking.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; **MBA in HR** is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
