**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Primary Contact for Inquiries**:

- Provide prompt, accurate, and helpful responses to customer questions and concerns.
- **Product Assistance**:

- Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and general usage.
- Ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience with our products and services.
- **Customer Follow-Up**:

- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Gather and document customer feedback to improve service quality.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Track and resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
- **Internal Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product, and technical support to address customer issues and enhance service delivery.
- Share insights and feedback with relevant teams to contribute to product and service improvements.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Provide input into the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in creating strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Satisfaction Analysis**:

- Participate in customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist marketing efforts by contributing to the creation of customer testimonials and case studies.
- Support marketing campaigns through customer feedback and success stories.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years in a customer service or support role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
