Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Make Outbound Calls**: Initiate calls to potential customers using a prepared script to introduce products/services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant information.
- **Sales Conversion**: Persuade customers to purchase products/services, handle objections, and close sales.
- **Maintain Records**: Accurately record customer interactions and sales details in the CRM system.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.

- **Availability**: Willingness to work night shifts and weekends if required.
- **Experience**: Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
