Job Title:

- **IT Recruiter / Senior IT Recruiter - India**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Partner with clients to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
- Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy
- Research into clients’ organization, competitors and marketplace
- Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications
- Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships
- Research and develop recruiting leads

**QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- **Graduate Degree with excellent communication skills**

**-Exp: 4 - 8 Years into IT recruitments**

**-Should possess global hiring experience (Middle-east hiring experience will be an added advantage)**

**-Must have used the latest social media channels as a sourcing platform**

**-Should have experience in technical recruitment**

**-Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)**

**-Should be familiar with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, reports and trackers**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
