**Position Title**: Travel & Tourism Trainer

**Location**: Delhi

Job Summary:
The Travel & Tourism Trainer designs, develops, and delivers training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Develop Training Programs**: Create and update training materials and courses.
- **Deliver Training**: Conduct in-person and Online/Offline training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- **Evaluate Participants**: Assess participant progress and provide feedback.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep informed about industry trends and best practices.
- **Certification**: Ensure programs meet industry standards and issue certifications.
- **Marketing**: Promote training programs and build industry relationships.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Collect feedback and improve training methods.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field. Master’s preferred.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in the travel and tourism industry, with 2+ years in training.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications

**Skills**:

- In-depth industry knowledge
- Effective training and communication skills
- Proficiency with e-learning platforms
- Strong organizational and adaptability skills

Work Environment:
