**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads through field visits, calls, client meetings, & Networking.
- Promote travel packages, holiday deals, and customized itineraries to clients.
- Meet potential customers (corporates & direct clients) and explain services.
- Support in negotiating and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Stay updated on travel trends, deals, destinations, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates (Travel & Tourism can be a plus point).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in travel & tourism and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with on-field sales, client meetings, and travel when required.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
