Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrate product benefits to potential customers.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Must have minimum 6 months of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel as required.
