Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Senior Executive Sales in the Travel & Tourism industry. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, creating travel packages tailored to customer preferences, meeting sales targets, analyzing travel trends, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with vendors, ensuring smooth operations, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and achieving sales targets Experience in Travel Planning, Itinerary Creation, and Vendor Coordination Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Service skills Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry trends and market analysis Ability to work in a team setting and manage multiple tasks effectively A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred Experience or familiarity with Japanese culture and destinations is advantageous
