
Front Desk Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive, providing an exceptional first impression.
- Manage the reservation system, take calls, and ensure proper seating arrangements.
- Assign tables based on guest preferences, server availability, and overall flow of the restaurant.
- Maintain a waiting list during busy periods and inform guests of estimated wait times.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Provide menus, inform guests of daily specials, and answer questions about the menu.
- Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth communication regarding seating and guest preferences.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with special events and large parties, coordinating arrangements as needed.
- Support other team members during busy times by assisting with the requirements.
**Skills Required**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during busy or stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
