- Act as the first point of contact for customers and provide support through phone.
- Address inquiries related to logistics services, delivery schedules, shipment tracking, and status updates.
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Undergraduate also can apply.
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
