- Handle Customer's Inbound and Outbound Calls. Solving Queries.
- Telling Them About Products / Offers / Services. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Follow-up existing customers as well as prospective customers for updates.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and
- Self-learning and development on product knowledge for providing value
services to students.
- Follow up with high potential leads.
