**Company Description**:
BigHit is a multiple-sports platform designed to identify, nurture and promote the budding sports generation of India. We work in a combination of offline and online push and aim to create an online scouting platform for upcoming athletes, with a special focus on football.

BigHit is the official Bundesliga Dream partner and FC Bayern’s first official regional partner in India. Additionally, we have partnered with 20+ national and state sporting federations and are working closely with top European leagues and clubs.

The BigHit app features an integrated Game Management System (GMS) enabling various levels of leagues to host and digitise their events on the app

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create compelling content, including posts, images, videos, and infographics, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Manage social media accounts, including daily posting, responding to comments and messages, and staying up-to-date with trends and changes in algorithms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements, both for online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers to execute marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms and tools, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, graphic design software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in social media and digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- Interest in sports is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
