Civil & MEP overall knowledge

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - **Quantity Surveyor**

1) Responsible on taking quantities for Pre
- tender & Post Tender as per the requirements.

2) Prepare variations and re-measurements as per the guidelines provided.

3) Preparing of BOQ, Reconciliation reports etc., on timely basis as per the requirements.

4) Preparation of Rate Analysis as per the Company Standards and guidelines.

5) Preparation of Item wise quantity calculation as per the Company requirements.

6) To check Sub
- contractor’s measurements, if necessary.

7) Discuss the task received with the Co-ordinator (PMO) and if necessary, Co-ordinate with the client side for checking& joint measurements, etc

8) Prepare DPR and send to HOD on daily basis.

Should be willing to travel to sites anywhere in India

Should have a fair knowledge on current Market rates in Kerala and TamilNadu.

Good knowledge in Excel & communication skill in English.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
