**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate all hard intervention activities of Organisation Model school program in Mumbai region.
- Conduct comprehensive baseline assessment and design the school specific intervention packages with an objective of reducing school’s carbon footprint.
- Monitor the planning and installation of demo interventions on energy, waste and water at schools enabling conceptual learning to school children.
- Support the project team during environmental awareness sessions in the schools and during volunteer engagement activities.
- Provide operation and maintenance training to the non-teaching faculty ensuring sustainability of the interventions implemented.
- Conduct endline assessment to evaluate the impact of the interventions implemented.
- Support the project team during report preparation, meetings with stakeholders, funders etc.,
**Eligibility criteria**
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science from reputed institutions.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in handling sustainability projects / education projects/ teaching experience
**Attitude, Experience and qualification**
- Ability to handle and process data at the school and cluster level.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Interest in civic issues and actions related to conservation, energy, waste and water resources ( formal learning in these areas would be preferred )
- Comfortable working in a cross functional environment
- Ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with purchase / procurement processes and vendor management
- Volunteer handling experience / CSR project experience
- Familiar with data-based planning, implementation, and impact assessment
**Terms**
- Location of employment is Mumbai with frequent travel to the partner schools.
**Salary**: Up to ₹720,000.00 per year
