**Target Creative’s Brand Design Lab** is the in-house creative team dedicated to bringing one of the world’s most beloved and recognizable owned brands to life. **Roles and Responsibilities**
- Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite and experience in high-end retouching, post-production, and pre-press
- Be able to contribute and lead projects along with art directors, production designers, and project managers
- Organize and plan details for multiple projects and make timely and quick decisions to meet project deadlines
- Name, update and back up files on every job accurately and consistently according to our production standard procedures

**Preferred Experience & Educational Profile**
- Minimum 5+ years at an Advertising/Design agency/Retouching Studio
- A completed 3/4-year college degree
- Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth of imaging capabilities, particularly in print & packaging design
- Understanding of all Adobe creative tools and experience with image compositing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong printing & prepress knowledge
