**The Role**: As the Compositor, you will be the final guardian of the story. You will be responsible for assembling all the rendered layers—characters, environments, effects—into a seamless and beautiful final shot. Your work will add the crucial "magic," enhancing the mood, atmosphere, and cinematic quality of the advertisement. **Key Responsibilities**: Integrate multi-pass EXR renders (beauty, AO, shadows, etc.) to construct the final image for each shot. Perform color correction, grading, and ensure continuity across sequences. Add and enhance atmospheric effects such as depth of field, motion blur, glow, lens flares, and volumetric light rays (god rays). Integrate 3D and 2D VFX elements, such as particle effects (dust, leaves). Perform technical fixes, such as paint-outs or artifact removal, to ensure flawless frames. Work closely with the Lighting Artist to ensure render passes are sufficient and provide feedback for optimizations. Collaborate with the Director to achieve the final, approved look for every shot. **Required Skills & Qualifications**: Strong professional experience as a Compositor on animated or VFX projects. A demo reel that clearly demonstrates the ability to integrate CG elements seamlessly and enhance a shot's visual appeal. Proficiency in node-based compositing software, preferably **Nuke** or **Blackmagic Fusion**. Experience in **Adobe After Effects** is also valuable. A sharp eye for detail, color, light, and composition. Strong understanding of multi-pass compositing workflows and color spaces (e.g., linear, ACES). Ability to work meticulously and efficiently to deliver polished shots on a tight schedule. **Bonus Skills**: Experience with final color grading in **DaVinci Resolve**. Motion graphics skills for creating end titles and brand logos. Experience with deep compositing workflows. Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python in Nuke) to create workflow efficiencies. **How to Apply**: Please submit your resume and a link to your online portfolio/demo reel.
