**Job Purpose**

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Executive will play a key role in supporting the effectiveness and accountability of Nayi Disha’s projects. This role is responsible for designing and implementing robust M&E systems to assess program impact, track progress against goals, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in data collection, verification, and entry for monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Conduct surveys, and interviews to assess program impact.
- Assist in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and generating reports.
- Maintain organized M&E databases and documentation for accurate record-keeping.
- Support the preparation of impact assessment reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with program teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
- Assist in identifying gaps and areas for improvement in program implementation.
- **Knowledge**:

- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience working in the social sector, NGOs, or development projects
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, or data analysis
- **Specific Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of M&E methodologies, surveys, and impact assessments
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
