**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Business Development Executive (Online Bidder)** for our organization, who has a passion for business and will be responsible for developing growth opportunities in existing and new IT markets.

**Required Skills**:

- Must have experience in **Online Bidding**.
- Must be familiar with **Online portals like Upwork**.
- Experience in **proposal writing**.
- Excellent expertise in **Sales** for projects such as IT Services, Web and Software Services, Website Designing, PHP Development, iPhone and Android Mobile Application, etc., to clients.
- Good working experience in **effort estimation**, client follow-up, and proposal writing.
- Excellent **communication/presentation skills** and ability to build relationships.
- **Analytical** and **time-management skills**.
- **Up selling** and **cross selling** skills.
- A flexible work schedule.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify profitable **business opportunities** based on the analysis of potential profit margins, timescales, and competition.
- Responsible for **generating business** from online bidding portals like **Upwork**.
- Bidding on **Web Development**, designing, mobile app development, SEO, and online branding projects.
- Develop and maintain a **lead generation plan**.
- Responsible for generating new leads and contributing to **revenue generation**.
- Create and maintain a list/database of **prospective clients**, maintaining a database of prospective client information.
- Responsible for **costing**, negotiations, follow-up, and requirement gathering.
- Identify and report on **market trends**, competitor activity, customer demand, buying process developments, and other relevant market intelligence.

**Additional Skills**:

- Must have **strong communication** and **IT fluency**.
- **Creative talents** and the ability to solve tough problems.
- **In-depth knowledge** of the industry and its current events.
- The ability to handle **pressure** and meet **deadlines**.
- Must have good **interpersonal skills**.

**Experience Required**: 1 - 1.5 years (Freshers can also apply)

**Pay**: Competitive, based on skills and experience; salary range between **10k - 20k per month**.

**Bachelor's** (required)
