Compliance Administrator in Mumbai

**Your Main Tasks**
- Support the Compliance team by performing various administrative tasks, such as managing and organizing the documentation and internal folders, assisting in the distribution of various reports/paperwork, managing appointments and scheduling meetings for the Compliance team.
- Filling in different questionnaires received from the stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different teams internally, collect and organize the data/ documents in an efficient manner.
- Support the Group Compliance function in establishing and putting Compliance procedures into effect and in other matters as required.
- Contribute towards the smooth running of the team.
**Your Experience and Skills**
- Graduate/ Postgraduate from a top-tier University.
- 2 - 3 years of work experience performing administrative tasks. Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
- Professional with MS Office Suites.
- Independent and reliable work style, with strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a high level of initiative.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to communicate easily and understand complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Team collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Should enjoy working with team members at various locations.
- Experience in international companies or academic environments is a plus.
