
Course Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
The Course Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating academic and training programs. The role involves ensuring smooth course delivery, managing faculty and student schedules, maintaining academic quality, and providing administrative support to ensure all programs run efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate day-to-day academic operations including class schedules, faculty allocation, and course materials.
- Act as a bridge between students, faculty, and management for smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor course progress, attendance, and performance reports.
- Maintain academic records and ensure timely updates in the system.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and events related to the courses.
- Support admission teams during student counseling and orientation programs.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and assist in examination planning.
- Collect and analyze student and faculty feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage course logistics, including classroom setup and required resources.
- Coordinate with marketing and placement teams for academic inputs and student engagement activities.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in academic coordination or administrative role (education/training sector preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
