**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases or lead sources.
- Explain various educational programs and services offered by the company.
- Understand student needs and provide accurate course and admission information.
- Schedule follow-ups and maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and feedback.
- Convert potential leads into walk-ins or confirmed admissions through convincing communication.
- Collaborate with the counseling team to coordinate student queries and appointments.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and report progress to the team leader or manager.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Good verbal communication skills in **Hindi and English**.
- Pleasant and confident voice with convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM usage).
- Experience in telecalling/customer service/sales will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
