Preferred background and industry: 3 to 5 years of experience managing Retail Sales/ Super Stockist in FMCG Snacks Industry (Potato Chips & other RTE snacks)

Key Focus Area: Western Suburbs (Dahisar to Bandra)

Key Responsibilities: Core Sales Functions; Customer Relationship Management; Brand Placement; Administrative & Functional Support
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly new and repeat customer targets (Retail stores, Super Stockist, etc.) and manage relationship of existing customers and build excellent customer/ stakeholder relationship and develop presence of our products by adding new customers in a given assigned area
- Manage and develop quality sales pipeline, to meet assigned area booking, sales and margin plans as per target
- Create Brand value and awareness by achieving consistent dedicated shelve space for our products at customer’s premises. Ensure efficient display of our delivered products to existing customers on every re-visit
- Support in billing and collection activities of their assigned areas/ customers
- Actively launch products in the assigned area and execute all sales related activities as assigned by organization to ensure target achievement
- Adherence of reporting & review processes in place from time to time, in the organization
- Constantly improve market information knowledge by understanding customer needs and product response, report management on market conditions, competitor's strategies, product performance & trends. Constant feedback to management on market trend, product, competitor performance and customer feedback.
