Immediate recruitment in Switchgear Manufacturing Company at location Chh. Sambhajinagar.

**Position**: Execution Officer (Back Office Sales)

**Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales within the switchgear or electrical industry/ Electrical panel builder

**Salary**: 2.5 LPA to 4.0 LPA

**Education**: Diploma Electrical/ B.Tech Elec / BE Elec

**Technical Knowledge**: The execution cum sales back office role involves a blend of operational, sales support and customer service responsibilities.

1. **Quotation Management**: Preparing and sharing quotations for products and projects based on client requirements and specifications.

2. **Order Processing**: Reviewing purchase orders (POs), verifying them against quotations, and entering them into the company's ERP system.

3. **Follow-ups**: Coordinating with the sales team and clients for order confirmation, approvals, and any revisions required.

4. **Customer Communication**: Acting as a liaison between clients and the sales team to ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.

5. **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of quotations, orders and correspondence.

6. **Dispatch Planning**: Organizing the shipment of product by coordinating with the logistics team and ensuring proper documentation (eg., delivery challenges, invoices, etc.)

7. **Shipment Tracking**: Keeping clients and internal teams updated on delivery timelines.

8. **Handling Returns/ Complaints**: Managing issues related to damaged or defective products and coordinating replacements or repairs.
