**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Analyst at ANJ Creations Pvt Ltd in New Delhi. The Social Media Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as social media measurement, social media marketing, social networking, and utilizing analytical skills to enhance social media strategies.

**Online Reputation Management (ORM)**
- Monitor social media platforms, news outlets, and online forums to track mentions, comments, and discussions about the minister.
- Analyze sentiment and flag potential risks, crises, or negative trends.
- Develop and execute strategies to address negative sentiment or misinformation, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain a positive online presence by engaging with supporters and addressing queries constructively.

**Content Monitoring**
- Review and assess all content posted on the minister’s accounts to ensure alignment with communication strategy and public policy goals.
- Monitor comments, replies, and messages to identify opportunities for engagement or areas requiring escalation.
- Ensure all communication adheres to compliance, privacy, and ethical guidelines.

**Social Media Analysis**
- Track KPIs (engagement rates, reach, sentiment analysis, etc.) and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze trends, follower demographics, and engagement patterns to optimize future posts and campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and peer benchmarking for strategic insights.

**Crisis Management**
- Identify and manage emerging online crises promptly, drafting appropriate responses to mitigate reputational damage.
- Coordinate with the communication team to implement damage-control measures during crises.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with the PR, content creation, and policy teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance engagement and public perception based on data and analytics.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, ORM, or related roles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Expertise in social media monitoring tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sentiment analysis and trend identification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with discretion and professionalism.

Pay: ₹10,213.20 - ₹35,529.81 per month
