Deliver platform customisation while conforming to best practice recommendations and client’s policy
- Transform functional requirements into detailed technical designs that translate to actionable development tasks
- Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to identify ways to simplify the user experience
- Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled job, import sets and transform maps, ACLs, and notifications
- Participate in problem analysis, code review, and system design
- Develop scripts and code for API’s and webservice integrations
- Develop necessary development documentation as needed e.g., project plan, technical design, developer notes, user manual etc.
- Design, code, debug, document, deploy and maintain solutions in a highly efficient and effective manner
- Performs migration activities Dev to QA, QA to Prod.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements

**Primary Skills**
- Relevant experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a development or administration role (CSA certification is required)
- Trained on IRM module (_GRC- CIS is desirable_)
- Experience creating workflows for creation, business rules, UI Policies, and data integrations.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Mid Server, Integrations, LDAP, Flow Designer and SSO, API’s and IntegrationHub
- Ability to develop web services such as Scripted REST APIs and Rest Messages
- Advanced scripting experience utilizing best practice formatting and comments in Script Includes, Business Rules, etc
- Experience in agile software methodologies with excellent communication skills

**Secondary Skills**
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance processes and requirements
- The ability to prioritise work requirements and effectively manage time in a remote work environment
- Capability to exercise initiative, creative problem-solving skills and deliver timely solutions
- Willingness to be hands-on and continue expanding your knowledge in all facets of IT
- Clear and articulate oral and written communication
