Job Title: Application Architect - ServiceNow GRC - B8 **India**Duration: 15 Nov 2025 - 15 May 2026No. of Positions: 5**Must be onsite at any of the following IBM office locations:• Bengaluru• Delhi/New Delhi• Mumbai• Chennai• Pune• Hyderabad• Kolkata• Coimbatore• Noida• Bhubaneshwar• Ahmedabad• KochiJob Requirements:Years of experience: 10+ YearsPosition Overview:- We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Application Architect specializing in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) .- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in implementing and designing ServiceNow IRM solutions, with significant hands-on experience in pre-sales activities and solutioning.- The candidate must hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - IRM (CIS-IRM) certifications.- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) certifications are preferred.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions, focusing on Risk Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Policy and Compliance Management, to support clients in managing their integrated risk management processes.• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and risk management challenges, and design customized solutions to streamline and improve their risk management lifecycle.• Engage in pre-sales activities, including gathering client requirements, creating solution designs, delivering technical presentations, providing estimations, and supporting proposal creation to drive sales and ensure alignment with client objectives.• Lead and mentor teams through the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring successful delivery of ServiceNow IRM solutions within scope, time, and budget.• Provide strategic guidance on risk management best practices and ensure the solution design aligns with industry standards, ITIL frameworks, and client-specific risk requirements.• Own the solution architecture, ensuring the design is scalable, secure, and integrated with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, GRC, and ITOM) as well as third-party enterprise systems.• Provide hands-on leadership in configuring and customizing ServiceNow IRM modules, including Risk Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Policy and Compliance Management.• Work closely with clients to ensure effective knowledge
