**Role: ServiceNow GRC/ IRM Architect**

**Location: Infosys Development office (Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai)**

**Remote (Travel as per client need)**

**Shift Regular : (Between 9 AM IST to 9 PM IST).**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into a comprehensive ServiceNow GRC/IRM architecture.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Security Incident Response.
- Define and implement GRC/IRM strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other risk and compliance tools, IT systems, and external platforms.
- Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and GRC/IRM-specific features, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations to improve the performance, scalability, and security of the ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation.
- Document architectural designs, configuration specifications, and system diagrams for GRC/IRM solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and implement GRC/IRM governance processes and controls.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on GRC and IRM.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Security Incident Response.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex ServiceNow solutions, including integrations with external systems and tools.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead teams in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC or IRM are highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and ITIL processes is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading GRC/IRM implementation projects and managing architectural deliverables.
