**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Outreach and Recruitment**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, answering questions about programs, admissions requirements, and campus life.
- Attend educational fairs, high school visits, webinars, and other events to represent the institution and attract potential students.
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, educators, and community organizations.
- **Admissions Counseling**:

- Evaluate and assess applicant profiles, ensuring that students meet the institution’s admission criteria.
- **Application and Document Processing**:

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all admissions files and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to process accepted applicants and manage waitlist procedures.
- **Information and Support**:

- Provide information on financial aid, scholarships, tuition, and other resources available to students.
- Conduct campus tours, information sessions, and virtual open houses to help students get familiar with the institution.
- Stay updated on program changes, curriculum updates, and other developments to provide accurate information.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records in the admissions database, including applicant interactions, follow-up actions, and enrollment status.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions metrics, conversion rates, and enrollment statistics for review by the admissions team.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the academic and administrative departments to align recruitment strategies with institutional goals.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, social media content, and other promotional content to attract prospective students.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve admissions practices and procedures.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
