Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of real estate properties, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. - *Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
2. **Property Presentation**:
- Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Prepare and present compelling property proposals to clients.
3. **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to secure favorable deals for both buyers and sellers.
- Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
4. **Market Analysis**:
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide clients with up-to-date market information and insights to support their decision-making process.
5. **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Follow up with clients post-transaction to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
6. **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
7. **Documentation and Compliance**:
- Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all transactions.
- *Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
The role may require flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules and attend real estate events.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
