**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Executive - Retail Hiring

**Location**: Chembur, Mumbai (Travel as required)

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for frontline roles in retail stores (Sales Staff, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, etc.)
- Plan and execute bulk hiring drives across key cities through job portals, local agencies, and walk-in campaigns
- Work closely with the retail leadership team to forecast and fulfill manpower needs
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, etc.)
- Establish partnerships with hiring vendors, colleges, and skill centers for talent supply
- Maintain and update internal recruitment dashboards and databases regularly
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in **retail hiring** for lifestyle, fashion, footwear, or consumer-facing brands
- Strong experience in **bulk and high-volume recruitment**, including walk-ins and hiring events
- Understanding of **store operations**, frontline employee profiles, and customer-focused hiring
- Proficient in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), agency networks, and referral programs
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with **occasional travel** to store locations for interviews, drives, or job fairs
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
