**Key Skills & Competencies**:
**Advanced Excel (mandatory)**:

- formulas, pivot tables, macros.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization & dashboard creation.
- Strong experience in data representation using Excel & Power BI
- Hands-on experience in Reconciliation (financial/data)
- Exposure to Data Audit processes and controls
- Proficiency in MIS reporting with accuracy & timeliness
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail & ability to handle large datasets

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop & maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI & Excel
- Conduct regular data/financial reconciliations
- Perform data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance & integrity
- Generate & analyze MIS reports for management
- Manage databases using MS Access & Excel
- Collaborate with internal teams for data validation & timely reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in **Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Applications, B.Sc.** or related field
- **English proficiency is mandatory**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in reporting, reconciliation, analytics & data audit
