Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Green Surfer Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Green Surfer's products and initiatives across various online platforms.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC channels, to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization and audience targeting.
- Create engaging and persuasive content for digital marketing campaigns, including ad copies, landing pages, and social media posts, to effectively communicate Green Surfer's brand message and value proposition.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and generate actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in digital marketing with a focus on running successful advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and effectively convey messaging to target audiences.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and a desire to contribute to meaningful initiatives that promote eco-friendly living.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

**Salary**: Competitive salary ranging between 12,000 to 18,000 monthly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
