**Position**: Digital Marketer
**Location**: 2nd Floor, Women's World Building, Indrapuri Sector-C, Raisen Road, Bhopal - 462022
**Experience**: 1 to 3 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective **SEO strategies** to boost website ranking and organic traffic.
- Create, manage, and optimize **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** and **Google Ads** campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Manage and grow **social media pages** across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Plan and schedule engaging content tailored for different platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest **digital marketing trends**, tools, and strategies.
- Work with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Bring a **creative mindset** to develop unique campaign ideas that drive engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **SEO**, **Meta Ads Manager**, and **Google Ads**.
- Strong knowledge of **different social media platforms** and experience managing diverse pages.
- Excellent understanding of **social media algorithms** and engagement strategies.
- A **creative and analytical mindset** with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of **content creation tools** (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
