**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular field visits to identify and approach potential clients
- Pitch Gahraaiyan Digital’s range of services, including but not limited to: ▫ Social Media Marketing ▫ Website Development ▫ SEO ▫ Google & Meta Ads ▫ Branding, Influencer Marketing, Video Production, and more
- Understand client needs and recommend relevant solutions
- Achieve assigned weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of leads, visits, and conversions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Report performance and progress to the Sales Manager on a regular basis

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience in sales** (field sales preferred)
- **Experience in digital marketing sales** is an added advantage
- Must own a **two-wheeler with valid driving license**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum qualification**:Graduate** (UG/PG - any stream)
- Self-motivated and goal-driven personality

**Compensation & Incentives**

**Annual CTC Potential**:

- UG: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
- PG: Up to ₹4.8 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
