**Process Standardisation**
- Establish a framework for documenting processes across all organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Review and map present processes across units within defined framework
- Implementation of the defined processes, systems across all Business Units
- Define and document the processes for new businesses, when required
- Create tools using technology to ensure accessibility to the process maps, procedures and work instructions
- Establish dashboards/scorecards for relevant functions
- Conduct awareness sessions and trainings on Quality and Process Excellence

**Performance Management**
- Support Business units to develop Appropriate Metrics to demonstrate Process efficiency and effectivenes
- Help to drive data driven decision making by providing insights to Business Performance through Dashboard
- Develop and deploy relevant Performance Review cycle at different levels of the organisation
- Establish relevant KPIs to generate ownership at End User level
- Create active engagement with Users across the organisation to establish a culture of identifying root causes for performance gaps, identifying suitable solutions and deploying the same
- Monitor data quality and support process owners to improve the same

**Continuous Improvement**
- Deploy the program which encourages the spirit of Continuous Improvement across all Business Units - drive awareness and business value of same
- Support Business units to Embed Continuous Improvement as part of their Day to Day business cycle
- Motivate users to aspire for certification
- Run training programs for the certifications based on concepts of Six Sigma, Lean and Change Management
- Support collection and analysis of Voice of Customer to identify opportunities for improvement to improve Customer Experience
- Help to create a culture of Best Practice Adoption

**Project Management & Project Portfolio Management**
- Support integration of new business to the processes of relevant Business Unit
- Integration of the business processes to the entire portfolio across Business Units
- Manage interface between business and IT development teams and support in developing the right solutions when improving processes
- Develop and execute detailed test scenarios to test processes ensuring high quality output/solutions
- Help deploy solutions and support end users post go-live
- Run training and refresher sessions for end users to improve data quality
- Look for opportunities for using technology to fix recurring business challenges
- Work closely with the SCO/Process Excellence and SCO/Digital Transformation teams to identify appropriate configuration of technology being deployed to improve Efficiency of Business Processes
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of logistics industry trends and business best practices.
- Follow a **E **liminate, **S **implify, **S **tandardise, **A **utomate approach.

**Training and Coaching**
- Conduct Training sessions on Lean Practices, DMAIC, Performance Management and Basic Quality concepts
- Coach Project Managers on using various tools to manage their projects effectively
- Provide coaching support to Continuous Improvement Champions to achieve desired results of their Improvement Initiatives
- Facilitate Workshops based on the topics of interest for Business Units
