Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.

Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online).

Responsible planning and executing the riding events through the year, to make Orxa-Mantis events more accessible to consumers while also engaging the budding riders with evolved riding communities resulting in the growth of the Orxa
- Mantis riding community.

Product messaging and positioning - Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from its competitors.

Manage, track, report, and present program budgets by channel -campaign costs, performance, and ROI through the demand generation lifecycle.

Monitor and maintain digital marketing content across all platforms, including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep information up to date.

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.

Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.

Manage and lead the Marketing team, PR efforts, Demand Generation, Platform Marketing, Product Marketing, Program Management, and Brand Management.

Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis etc

Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

Create monthly marketing campaign breakdowns of our analytics on web and social to recommend key improvements and identify growth opportunities.

Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.

Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

**Primary Skills**:
Demonstrable success in creating, executing, and measuring marketing plans and campaigns across channels with a track record of successfully achieving KPIs in the technology-driven environment.

Good understanding & appreciation of brand and marketing concepts. Willing to learn on-the-go

Experience in PR management or worked at a PR agency handling leading automobile/automotive brands.

Skilled in media relations : should know how to craft and place stories; responsive, professional and courteous to journalists.

Strategic thought on concept creation, messaging, utilization of design principles.

Creative thinking and wide exposure to good marketing references

Must exhibit a clear understanding of the latest automotive industry marketing trends.

Agile and flexible for the start-up environment and to work with current team.

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
