**Mission**

Implement and maintain Company's IT infrastructure, provide technical support to users, and serve as the local liaison with external partners. Collaborate with global teams to resolve IT issues and support project execution.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver IT support and Helpdesk services.
- Manage and maintain infrastructure systems.
- Act as the main point of contact for local IT suppliers.
- Coordinate with global IT teams to address issues and support initiatives.

**Key Technical Skills & Experience**:

- **
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- 3+ years' experience managing Microsoft systems and local networks, including installation, configuration, and support.
- Proficient in Microsoft environments, VMware virtualization, and Veeam Backup for system reliability and data recovery.
- Experience with Fortinet firewalls and network security tools (preferred).
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell and Python for automation and efficiency.
- Hands-on with Office 365 and SharePoint, including administration and collaboration features.
- Expertise in Windows OS, Windows Server, iOS, and Android for multi-platform support.
- Strong skills in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Server administration.
- Understanding of VPN setup and firewall configurations for secure remote access.
- Proficient in using monitoring tools like ManageEngine and PRTG for system health and performance tracking.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, or a related field.
