
Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our products. Your primary responsibilities will include helping customers find the products that meet their needs, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales to contribute to the overall success of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommend items based on customer needs and preferences.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions.
- Ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience by resolving issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- **Sales and Product Promotion**:
- Actively engage in sales activities and achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Promote and upsell products, special offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Assist with product demonstrations, and ensure customers are informed about product features and benefits.
- **Store Operations**:
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure that products are properly tagged and labeled.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges according to store policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with team members and management to ensure store targets are met.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other store-related activities.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest products, services, and promotions offered by the store.
- Attend product training and actively seek to enhance knowledge about the product lineup.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
- **Experience**: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
