Today, NHPL has close to 9000 employees consisting of Pharmacists, scientists, doctors, chemists, statisticians, marketers, and top-drawer finance professionals working for in all functions ranging from research and development of drugs in multiple geographies to driving their commercialization all based out of Hyderabad.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Service Delivery: Design, develop, implement E2E system solutions within T&E Process area with focus on automation and robotics to ensure best in class process. Own T&E Solutions (System & Automation) product area and create strong governance for system improvement & change management
- Work closely with S2P Analytics lead to support delivery of data from transaction perspective, thus enabling KPI/Dashboard solutions. System expert collaborating with the T&E GPO Expense/Process and IT Service Delivery Mgr to drive technology and platforms to ensure best practice process solutions to the T&E community. (Concur, AI/Robotics, ERP, etc.)
- Compliance: Ensures IT standards are adhered and followed with execution of enabling technologies through relevant project methodology (i.e. access control, documentation, testing requirements etc.) Ensure all processes, policies and procedures are followed, clearly defined, fully documented and in line with Novartis standards. GRC T&E global roles (system security roles) are managed to ensure no SOD violations
- Increase in automation/digital solutions with clear performance outcomes. Establish and execute delivery of metrics on all digital/automation solutions to monitor performance expectations. IT projects supported by testing, training and participation throughout the whole project cycle, on time and within budget.

**Minimum requirements**

What you’ll bring to the role:

- University level degree in Business Administration/ Finance / Accounting and/or Computer Science. Other Degree and comparable business knowledge. PMP Highly Desirable. Formal training with digitation/automation solutions desirable
- More than 5 years of financial experience with 3 years focus in technology capacity. Experience of managing technology projects driving performance (e.g. ERP implementation) and process improvements
- Very good SAP knowledge and capability of learning systems through past roles and responsibilities. Deep understanding of automation intelligence (RPA, RCA, ML) areas through proven activities
- Excellent with Excel and Good with Microsoft Office Products. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization
- Previous experience as a system analyst in shared service environment and T&E System portfolio (Concur, AppZen). Good with people, collaboration and communication skills. Demonstrated performance connecting system aptitude with business process understanding
