**Job Title: Telecaller (English and Hindi)**

**Location:Erode.**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Telecaller who is fluent in both English and Hindi to join our team in Erode. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing their queries, and promoting our products/services. Your excellent communication skills and ability to speak both English and Hindi fluently will be crucial in providing outstanding customer service and meeting sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers in a professional and engaging manner.
- Provide information about our products/services, answering any questions or concerns raised by customers.
- Promote the benefits of our products/services, highlighting features and encouraging sales conversion.
- Adhere to set scripts and guidelines, ensuring accurate and consistent communication with customers.
- Maintain a database of potential leads, recording and updating customer information as required.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest, nurturing leads and guiding them through the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor, track, and report progress on sales targets to the team leader or manager.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and Hindi (verbal and written). Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
