Key Responsibilities:

- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage and schedule appointments for students, staff, and faculty members.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- **Student Records**: Help maintain and update student attendance and other relevant records.
- **Classroom Support**: Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure that classrooms are prepared for upcoming lessons or activities.
- **Inventory Management**: Track office supplies and reorder materials as needed.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist with scheduling and organizing academy events and meetings.
- **Student and Visitor Assistance**: Direct visitors to the appropriate locations within the academy, offer tours, and provide information about academy programs.
- **General Office Tasks**: Provide general office support including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a college degree).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in an educational or academic environment.
- Knowledge of school management software or scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment, including phones, printers, and fax machines.
