- **Lead generation**: Use cold calling and other methods to identify potential customers
- **Sales**: Use persuasion skills to sell products or services, and meet sales targets
- **Customer service**: Provide information about products, answer customer questions, and resolve complaints
- **Relationship building**: Develop relationships with customers and provide post-sales support
- **Record keeping**: Maintain records of customer contacts and sales activities
- **Product improvement**: Provide feedback to supervisors to help improve products, services, and sales strategies

Other responsibilities of a telemarketing executive include: Qualifying prospects by understanding their needs, Upselling and cross-selling, and Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Telemarketing executives should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
