For Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a Customer Demand Planner to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and executing the customer forecast. This way you contribute to the company’s sales goals and strategies.

**What you will accomplish together with us**:

- Support the development of a robust customer demand forecast, that is agreed to by Sales and Marketing
- Work closely with key customers and understand their entire business to create their forecasts and delivery timing.
- Support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning Process consensus meetings by working with the cross functional teams to ensure alignment
- Produce monthly reports for the S&OP and business review process
- Monitor forecast vs sales/order intake, create, and maintain forecast accuracy Reports
- Support the global demand planning by providing customer insights and market updates.

**What will convince us**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics or similar or an equivalent education with further training
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in demand planning plus a statistical Background
- Experience in working with forecasting Tools
- Ability to work in and create a collaborative environment as well as the ability to work within a matrix organization
- Organized and detail-oriented self-starter being able to meet Deadlines
- Strong customer focus and understanding of customer Needs
- Willingness to travel internationally (ca. 25%)
- Strong excel skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
