**About the Role -**

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Develop and maintain a demand forecast for the company's food products using statistical forecasting techniques and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Production, to understand and incorporate demand drivers and market trends into the forecast.
- Analyze historical sales data and customer demand patterns to identify trends and make recommendations for forecast adjustments.
- Monitor and report on forecast accuracy and adjust as needed to ensure the company meets customer demand while minimizing inventory costs.
- Work with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products based on the demand forecast.
- Participate in S&OP meetings and provide input to the overall supply chain planning process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to gather insights on demand patterns and new product launches.

**Qualifications -**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or a related field, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using statistical forecasting techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence decisions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and demand planning software, such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles, including inventory management and production planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Working Conditions -**

The Demand Planner will work in an office environment, with regular use of a computer and phone. They will be required to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization. The job may require occasional travel to supplier and customer locations.

**Salary**: From ₹5,000,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
